With decades of success and a loyal client base, this organisation is now looking for a motivated Service Sales Representative to join their close-knit Sydney team.

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (38 hours)

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Service Manager and technicians, reviewing service reports, identifying additional repair requirements, and preparing accurate quotations. You’ll also sell spare parts and lifting equipment, providing solutions and great service to clients.

• Review service reports and cost/quote repairs
• Manage after-service repairs and follow up outstanding quotes
• Sell spare parts and lifting equipment (via phone/web portal)
• Build strong client relationships and provide technical advice
• Occasionally attend site to confirm requirements
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Technicians
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with OH&S standards

About You

This role is perfect for someone who has spent time on the tools and is now ready to transition into the office while keeping their technical knowledge sharp.

• Electrical/technical background (5+ years)
• Experience preparing quotes and costing repairs
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM)
• Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a commitment to safety
