Role Overview

As part of a small team, the Service Coordinator / Scheduler will play an pivotal role in scheduling and coordination of works to ensure the water treatment service team is operating efficiently.

Based in our Brisbane Richlands office, this full time role requires the ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining high organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling of routine services, breakdowns and new jobs with various clients and industries, ensuring service information is entered into databases and calendars

Liaising with clients to ensure site access is seamless (travel / accommodation / inductions / skills required).

Overseeing submissions of technical reports and results to clients

Monitoring awaiting parts and overdue orders expediting

Assisting with quoting and general administration duties as required

Eligibility

Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, preferable in a water treatment, technical or service based industry

Strong customer service and ability to learn on the job

Be able to multitask, prioritise and have strong attention to detail
