About the role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient scheduling of service technicians and supporting the Service Manager with day to day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer service and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians
* Manage the delivery of scheduled preventative maintenance
* Raise purchase orders and source replacement parts
* Process and send service records and invoices
* Prioritise and respond to client requests professionally and efficiently
* Provide daily administrative support to the Service Manager
* Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with general administrative and ad hoc duties as needed

Skills & experience
* Experience in a coordination, scheduling or administration role (preferred but not essential)
* SimPRO experience highly regarded (training provided)
* Exposure to the HVAC or service industry an advantage, not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Bluebeam experience a plus
* Excellent multitasking, organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Clear verbal and written communication skills
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
* A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
