We’re seeking a Customer Service & Parts Coordinator to join our supportive and professional team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a business that values teamwork and excellence.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and in person

Process customer orders and coordinate parts supply

Communicate effectively with suppliers, sales, and warehouse teams

Maintain accurate customer and product records

Assist with showroom presentation and occasional marketing or website updates

About You

You will bring:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems

A team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (preferred)

An interest in marketing or social media (advantageous)
