An opportunity has become available within our Awnings and Patio business for a fulltime Receptionist, Bookkeeping Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reception Duties
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, and emails and correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
Make customer appointments and maintain calendars.
Assist with showroom and general office upkeep to ensure a professional environment.
Oversee office supplies and ensure resources are stocked.
Administrative Support
Assistant to the Manager and team members.
Assist with customer bookings, appointments, job scheduling and calendars.
Maintain company records and filing systems.
Update accounting records.
Update and maintain accurate database records and reports.
Draft and format documents, and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a bright and positive attitude.
Organised with attention to detail and deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred.
Accounting software and data entry skills.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
