CORE DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing administrative support to a team of specialists, nurses and allied health professionals
- Management of appointment book
- Answering a high number of incoming calls and emails
- Responding to patient enquiries in a timely manner by telephone/email
- Daily banking reconciliation
- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Patient billing processes, invoicing and receipting
- Liaising with medical professionals, Medicare, health insurers, healthcare providers and Insurance companies
- Start time can range 7:00am-10:00am | Finish Time can range 2:00pm-7:00pm
