As one of the biggest suppliers to state schools, prisons and other government departments, our team have played a critical role in supplying cleaning, safety, and washroom products to the state (both government and private business) through what has been a turbulent time for many businesses. Who you are
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a high level of initiative and professionalism who can work well under pressure while also having a laugh with the team. This role is predominantly customer service focused but has other administrative and data entry elements to it that will keep your day interesting and diverse. Customer service is the most important part of our businesses success so you will be supported to excel and grow your skills in this area but due to the dynamic nature of our business, you will also have the chance to expand your skills in other areas and pursue exciting career progression opportunities as they arise.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling a high volume of customer enquiries (phone and email)
Occasionally serving customers in our retail showroom (face to face)
Data entry using MYOB Exonet
Liaising with suppliers and other external stakeholders
Managing client accounts using a CRM software
Effective problem solving with a pragmatic and solution focused approach
Your skills and experience:
Effective and respectful communication skills
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
High level of initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Australian working rights
Possess a current driver's license + own reliable transport.
