About the Role
The Client Care team are responsible for handling enquiries from multiple sources, managing inbound and outbound calls as well as email and online responses, quickly identifying enquiries that could become viable open matters. As a Client Care Officer you are responsible for providing the highest level of client service during the enquiry process, ensuring potential clients are transferred to our Lawyers in a manner that minimises enquiry leakage to competitors and maximises client satisfaction.
We approach every new enquiry with a focus on empathy and support. All of our clients have been injured in some way and when they make an enquiry with our Client Care team, our teams primary responsibility is to ensure each potential client feels heard and supported with clarity as to their next steps.
You will also be responsible for maintaining timely and accurate statistical data and sending appropriate correspondence to enquiries that are not accepted. In addition, you will work with the lawyers and management team to provide feedback and insight into ongoing processes and strategy.
About You

have a high level of attention to detail with the demonstrated ability to enter data and report on statistics
possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work
have the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
are competent with Microsoft Office suite and have a knowledge of client management systems
are highly organised, proactive and can meet deadlines
have experience within a busy phone based reception role or customer service role with consumer clients
