EXECUTIVE OFFICER | WHERE INFLUENCE MEETS ACTION

We’re looking for an Executive Officer who knows how to lead with both intention and purpose.
Someone who can bring structure to ambition and influence to connection.
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a respected WA membership organisation, managing engagement, growth and events that carry weight. The kind that brings together people who matter and keep them coming back.
This isn’t a background role. You’ll be in the room, driving outcomes, setting the tone and representing the organisation with credibility, diplomacy and confidence.
How you’ll create impact:
• Lead all membership engagement activity, nurturing existing relationships while strategically growing the network through referrals, follow-up and genuine outreach
• Drive conversion through connection, energy and persuasion, engaging event attendees and new contacts with a value proposition worth listening to
• Design and deliver an annual calendar of events that blend influence, insight and connection, from concept and speakers through to logistics and ticket sales
• Manage sponsorship relationships, marketing materials and social media presence to ensure the brand remains consistent, professional and visible
• Provide monthly reports and updates to the committee on membership metrics, pipeline activity, sponsorship progress and event outcomes
• Prepare meeting packs, minutes and communications with exceptional attention to detail

You’ll be commercially minded, impeccably presented and driven by relationships rather than transactions.
You’ll bring experience across stakeholder engagement, events or membership-driven organisations and the kind of professional presence that earns respect.

This is not an entry-level role. It’s a position of influence, autonomy and visibility, ideal for someone ready to own their space and drive outcomes that matter.
