Ocon Concrete Group is a professional concreting company known for delivering quality workmanship across Sydney. We specialise in decorative finishes, full formwork, reinforcement and pour (FRP) packages, and structural concrete works.

We’re currently seeking two key people to join our growing business:

1. Concrete Leading Hand / Supervisor

Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $50+ per hour + Super + Overtime
Benefits: Company Vehicle + Fuel Card after probation

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise concrete placement and finishing crews

Set up laser levels and manage pours

Coordinate subcontractors and communicate with builders and site supervisors

Ensure high-quality standards, compliance and site safety

Read and interpret structural plans

Conduct toolbox talks and oversee workmanship

Requirements:

Proven concreting and finishing experience

Strong leadership and organisation skills

Able to work independently and lead by example on the tools

Reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in quality work

2. Finance & Administration Officer (Part-Time 20 - 30hrs/week)

Type: Part-Time (approx. 20- 30 hours/week)
Location: Sydney
Rate: $30+ per hour + Super

Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices, progress claims and retention schedules

Manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations and payroll

Track project costs and maintain financial accuracy (Xero, Dext, Hubdoc)

Schedule jobs, labour and subcontractors

Maintain insurance, compliance and onboarding documents

Support the Director with BAS prep and financial reporting

Requirements:

Experience in construction or trades administration (preferred)

Strong knowledge of Xero and financial systems

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
