Positions are for the Central Coast region.

Overall Responsibilities

• Accurate batching and dispatching of concrete across all Redicrete sites

• Supervision of concrete batching plant

• Compliance and implementation of safety protocols and procedures

• General yard, plant housekeeping and maintenance

• Raw materials receipting and recording

• Tracking, scheduling and allocation of trucks

• Safely operate front end loader or AGI, as required

• Ensure all legislative requirements are met

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience as a concrete batcher

• Solid previous experience as a front-end loader operator and or AGI driver with relevant competencies, tickets or licences

• Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience

• HR or HC heavy vehicle licence

• Customer service skills

• WHS construction induction and a demonstrated knowledge of workplace health & safety requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a team player attitude and a positive influence

PLEASE NOTE: The successful applicant will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test, then participate in random on-site testing.
