Advanced Fire & Electrical are on the hunt for an A+ Leading Hand Electrician to join our growing team.

We’re one of Sydney’s go-to specialists for high-rise electrical infrastructure upgrades - rewiring apartment buildings, installing main switchboards, upgrading mains supplies, and handling ongoing maintenance for key clients.

Business is booming, and we need another pair of hands to help lead the charge!

Here’s what we need from you:

NSW Cert III Electrical Licence

Current driver’s licence

Strong experience running jobs independently (ideally with both residential & commercial exposure)

Able to lead small teams & mentor apprentices/junior sparkies

Comfortable dealing with clients & strata managers professionally

Honest, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right

Experience with switchboard upgrades, mains cables, and rewires a big plus
