Join a respected and long-standing name in Melbourne’s commercial property sector, they are now seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Executive to join our high-performing commercial real estate team.

Role Overview

This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and efficient management of financial and property data using Cirrus8 or similar property management systems. The role also plays a key part in supporting the operational integrity and values of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations with precision
  • Record tenant payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Process tenant-related transactions, including reimbursements and adjustments
  • Generate monthly tax invoices for tenants
  • Enter and process supplier invoices upon approval from Property Managers
  • Disburse owner funds and prepare relevant financial reports (both interim and end-of-month)
  • Maintain comprehensive records for property sales and leases, including deposits, marketing funds, and related documentation
  • Compile final financial reconciliations for leasing and sales campaigns
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for trust account audits
  • Complete additional reports or tasks as directed by management

Skills and Attributes

  • In-depth understanding of trust accounting and real estate financial regulations
  • Confident and professional communication skills, particularly via phone
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and managing workloads effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with support from senior leadership when required
  • High standards of ethical conduct and professional behaviour
  • Strong team player with collaborative mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Supports and reflects the organisation’s values in all interactions
  • Encourages a positive and cooperative work environment
