Our client, a leading Commercial Real Estate agency based in the bustling inner south of Melbourne are looking for an assistant to join their growing team.

We are open to an experienced Residential Property Manager of 4 years plus who is looking to transition their skills across to Commercial Property Management. Or someone with at least 6 months experience in the commercial industry.

About The Role.

  • Day to Day Administration support including;
  • Assist with Maintenance
  • Assist with Reconciliations & Budgeting
  • Assist with market reviews
  • Insurance & Arrears Reporting
  • Conducting inspections as required
  • Preparing inspections reports
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Salary paying up to $80K+Super (depending on level of experience)

About You;

  • Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
  • Hold a current and valid Driver's License
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Detail focused
