What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in managing and eventually take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients
• Support policy renewals, quoting, endorsements, and client queries
• Build trusted relationships with clients and underwriters
• Attend client meetings and be mentored through more complex negotiations
• Grow into a key point of contact for your accounts with full end-to-end responsibility
• Work closely with senior brokers and account managers to fast-track your development

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance broking, ideally in a corporate, commercial or SME support role
• Tier 1 Broking qualification (or actively working towards it)
• A client-first approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in developing your technical and relationship management capabilities
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
