Duties / Responsibilities:

Generate leads to drive growth.

Nurturing database

Manage and build client relationships, creating a strong pipeline.

Engage in proactive prospecting, including door knocking.

Assist in marketing appointments and auction campaigns.

Master sales negotiations and handle buyer interactions.

Attend Open for Inspections and Auctions.

Meet monthly targets.

Skills / Experience:

Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate.

Ambition, drive, and a desire to succeed.

Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Exceptional customer service with high motivation, punctuality, and reliability.

Disciplined work ethic with adherence to procedures and processes.

Experienced negotiation skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
