Fired up with our grill and wood-fired pizza oven, our pizzas, Tiny-ish Plates, Mighty Plates, or looking for plates for the Tiny Ones, every bite bursts with authentic smoky deliciousness.

We are offering an annualised salary commencing at $76 515, dependant on experience.

Skills and Experience

Enjoy working in a busy environment with a true passion for cooking.

Follow venue menu planning for preparation and cooking.

Prepare, season and cook to the venue menu specifications.

Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements.

Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

Food safety and hygiene regulations for personal hygiene, clean workspace, handling and storage of food

A keen eye for detail and a positive and proactive approach

Proven ability to lead by example and foster a creative and organised environment where team members take pride in their work.

Excellent organisational skills.

Motivated, with a drive to challenge yourself daily and deliver the very best.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Relevant experience in a busy restaurant

This position's roster includes weekend and evening hours.
