Our business is experiencing growth and we are on the hunt for an additional Customer Service / Administrative Assistant Mega star.

This role is Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm and based in our Malaga Office

Overview Of Role

Scheduling of Quotes for our consultants - Liaising with the home owner, Real Estates & Tenants.

Scheduling of Jobs for our technicians for works to be carried out

Assisting customers with inquiries over the phone and via email.

CRM Management - Data Entry

Invoicing of Jobs

Processing of payments from clients

General Customer Service

General Office / Admin Duties

Data entry of quotes and sending to our account & COD clients

What we're looking for

Able to work autonomously and in a small team environment

Must have experience working with CRM systems – preferable using SIMPRO

Able to deal with a fast-paced environment

Must be able to multi task

High attention to detail

Exceptional time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to demonstrate professionalism
