We are super excited to have a new position available to join our team as a Customer Service & Administration assistant.

This is a full time position, starting 10 November. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7am-3.30pm, in our Osborne Park office (on site parking provided).

About the role:

• Training provided

• Booking shipments

• Fulfilling orders

• Uploading products to website

• Product organisation & stocktake

• Responding to customers in an exceptional manner, via WhatsApp, Instagram & email.

• Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-3.30pm in an office environment, no face to face customer interaction.

We are looking for someone with:

• Positive can-do attitude

• Exceptional organisational skills

• Works well in a close team work environment

• Clear & polite communication

• Problem solving skills

• Reliable, hard working & honest

• Prior experience in a customer service & administration role

• Minimum 1-2 years customer service and administration experience required

• Australian work rights essential for this position
