Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm – 5pm (with potential to increase hours in the future)
Location: Redcliffe / Murdoch (depending on the business need).
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. This role will suit someone who is confident working independently, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Duties
Printing, emailing, filing, and shredding documents
Supporting the booking team with scheduling and coordination
Assisting with invoicing and basic finance tasks
Splitting and organising documentation
General administrative support as required
Skills & Experience
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Xero (preferred, but training can be provided)
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
