About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and switched-on Internal Sales / Hire Support to join our NSW team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who’s eager to learn the ropes of the hire industry, no experience needed, just the right attitude and a drive to grow.

You’ll be the link between our customers, service and sales teams helping to manage equipment hire enquiries, prepare quotes, process contracts, and deliver excellent customer service every time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming hire and sales enquiries by phone and email for Newcastle and Styndey Branches.

Support the NSW Hire Team with quotes, bookings, and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with operations, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Maintain accurate data entry in our ERP system (MCS/Latner).

Support NSW branches with admin and account management tasks.
