Keystone Automotive is a boutique new and used vehicle brokerage based in St Leonards on Sydney’s North Shore. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium, personalised experience for our clients and we’re looking for an Admin / Sales Support superstar to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding position supporting our brokers and sales team with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

CRM data entry and maintenance

General administration and office support

Assisting with RMS and vehicle registration processes

Accounts Receivable & payable support through Xero.

Supporting the sales and delivery process for new and used vehicles

Assisting with social media accounts.

About You:

You’ll be someone who:

Is organised, detail-oriented and efficient

Has strong written and verbal communication skills

Enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive team

Has experience in admin, sales support or the automotive industry (preferred but not essential)

Is confident learning new systems and managing multiple tasks
