In this role, you will:
Manage cases for children and families with independence and care.
Develop and action case plans to meet individual needs.
Connect clients to services, networks and culturally appropriate supports.
Support children in care by building strong and trusting relationships.
Collaborate with team members and professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
To be successful:
You are confident in applying your skills to support children and families with compassion and professionalism. You bring strong case management experience, the ability to work independently, and the resilience to handle challenging situations with care.
You have the communication skills to build respectful relationships with children, families, carers and service providers. You are also committed to cultural inclusion and to working with Aboriginal people and culturally diverse communities.
