Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for all client enquiries via email and phone.
  • Prioritise and schedule jobs daily across Australia.
  • Coordinate and update compliance documentation, licenses, and inductions.
  • Liaise with electrical, IT, and facility managers for major accounts.
  • Manage debtors and creditors processes efficiently.
  • Support preventative and facilities maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate closely with staff across the business.
  • Provide ad hoc support across operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in scheduling/coordination within electrical, communications, or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Comfortable with job management systems (AroFlo experience a plus).
  • Excellent time management, accuracy, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines while maintaining composure.
  • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Commitment to full-time, onsite work.
