We're on the hunt for an experienced and driven Service Coordinator who's ready to hit the ground running and take control of a dynamic schedule.
�� What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the first point of contact for clients - friendly, helpful, and always solutions-focused
• Coordinate and schedule service technicians efficiently and accurately
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Book and confirm jobs in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Process orders and respond to service requests promptly
• Raise invoices daily and manage work schedules with precision
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager on job and resource planning
• Prepare quotes and manage sourcing and ordering of stock

�� What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay cool under pressure
• Experience using a CRM system and a knack for organisation
• Confident, polished, and customer service-obsessed
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Previous experience in scheduling is a must
