About the Role

As a Land Product Coordinator, you’ll support the development and success of our escorted land products, working closely with Senior Managers and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This role is all about bringing innovative ideas to life – from building and refining tour products to negotiating with suppliers, ensuring marketing content shines, and driving sales performance. You’ll play a vital part in delivering world-class travel experiences while meeting commercial goals and guest satisfaction targets.

What You’ll Do

Support the development of commercially viable and innovative products that delight our guests and meet market demands.

Collaborate with Marketing teams to produce compelling content for brochures, websites, and promotional materials.

Assist with budget preparation, yield management, and financial reporting to maximize revenue and profitability.

Negotiate competitive supplier rates and exclusive experiences to enhance our tours.

Monitor product performance, market trends, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Work with Operations to ensure seamless delivery of land tours and exceptional guest experiences.

Deliver engaging product and destination training to internal teams and travel partners.

Represent Scenic Group at industry events and trade shows to build relationships and stay ahead of trends.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative team player with:

2+ years’ experience in the travel or tourism industry.

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with product development, supplier management, and brochure or website production.

A creative mindset with the ability to think laterally and develop innovative ideas.

Solid organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.

A passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
