About The Company

Our client is an online retailer and product developer in the caravanning, camping, and 4WD space. Based in Artarmon and part of a small, collaborative team, they sell both leading brands and in-house products designed for outdoor enthusiasts.

This is a great opportunity to work with gear you’re passionate about, support like-minded customers, and get involved in testing new products, all while growing your career within a dynamic small business.

About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing product advice, including technical support across the range
  • Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person at the warehouse counter
  • Learning and understanding the technical features of products (training provided)
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Support online order processing, fulfilment, and stock management using Shopify & Cin7

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Availability to work on-site full-time in Artarmon
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A genuine passion for camping, caravanning, 4WDing or the outdoors
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team
  • A strong interest in outdoor gear and the curiosity to learn technical product details
