About the role

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-quality windows and doors, ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Lead and coordinate a team of experienced installers to complete window and door installation projects to the highest standard

Oversee the safe and efficient installation of windows and doors, adhering to all relevant building codes and regulations

Identify and resolve any installation issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency

Provide hands-on training and mentorship to less experienced members of the installation team

Collaborate with the wider team to optimise installation processes and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified window and door installer, with a demonstrated track record of leading successful installation projects

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and installation manuals

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome installation challenges

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients - most of our work is residential replacement, dealing directly with homeowers

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols

A valid driver's licence
