Saundh, Singh & Smith Lawyers is a client-focused boutique law firm committed to delivering high-quality legal solutions to Australia's diverse and multicultural communities. Located in Melbourne CBD, we have a particular focus in family law, commercial law, and criminal law cases.
We are now searching for a creative and proactive Digital Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our team for 2 days a week.
About the Role
This role requires you to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our firm's values, resonates with Australia's diverse and multicultural communities, and ultimately strengthens our online presence. You will manage the ongoing development of our firm's website, create engaging content across multiple social media platforms, and contribute to the success of our firm's overall marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a content strategy to bolster our firm's online presence and visibility.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our firm's goals.
Manage, update and create website content (including staff bios, case studies, and new firm events, etc.)
Create and upload social media content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp) end-to-end.
Collaborate with our principal lawyer, solicitor and paralegal to keep our website updated with firm news.
Create and implement Google Ads campaigns and optimise ROI (previous Google Ads experience or Google Ads certification preferred).
Basic file management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Have completed, or be in the process of completing, a tertiary qualification in Media and Communications, Marketing, Bachelor of Design (Digital Media) degree, or any other relevant field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in digital content creation and marketing across website and social media is preferred.
Experience in a legal or advocacy setting is preferred, but not required.
Excellent video editing, writing, and proofreading skills - with a great attention detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design and video editing software.
Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
Have a good understand of SEO best practices.
Have a creative mind and initiate innovative marketing strategies.
Must have the right to work in Australia.
Pay/Job-Type/Contract:
Pay: $24.95 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Contract: 1 year, subject to suitability and a 3 month probation period.
