NQ Auto Group is a family owned and operated multi franchise dealership based in the city of Townsville, North Queensland representing the Nissan, Suzuki and Renault brands.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department where you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, managing stock and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning, and pricing of our used vehicles inventory.

Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a small team and manage sales enquiries.

Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from initial enquiry through to post-sale follow-up.

Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage department budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with dealership policies and relevant regulations.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with specific experience in Used Vehicle Sales / Management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of vehicle appraisal and pricing strategies.

Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Familiarity with dealership management systems and CRM tools.
