ABOUT THE ROLE

Westpoint Autos Hillcrest is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai and Suzuki teams to new levels of performance.

Located in the fastest-growing corridor in South East Queensland, our dealership benefits from strong population growth, high enquiry volumes, and increasing brand demand. With strong group support, and a consistent flow of online and walk-in leads, this position offers outstanding earning potential for the right leader.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Proven track record in new vehicle sales and management, achieving and exceeding targets

Strong leadership and the ability to develop and mentor Sales Consultants

Innovative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to think on your feet

Excellent closing and negotiation skills

High level of organisation, professionalism, and communication

Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience
