About the role

This is a full-time role based at our Loganholme, Queensland office, leading the Sales team at Trackabout Off Road Campers, a leading manufacturer and retailer of high-quality off-road camper trailers. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Manage and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales processes

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Ensure the sales team delivers a consistently high level of customer service

Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the camping or automotive industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing strategies

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
