About the position:

Our thriving used car dealership requires a passionate new leader capable of managing a team of six to ten, with a target of delivering 80 plus vehicle sales per month. This role is perfectly suited to a performance driven, selling used car sales manager who can demonstrate sales performance and management experience with proven leadership strategies that work.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to secure themselves an exciting position with an established industry leader. We're looking for that one person who can effectively coordinate and control a range of sales, customer service and team management functions in a busy profitable dealership environment.

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Supervising and leading a high performing team - providing instruction and assistance to dealership team members

- Day to day vehicle presentation, sales and customer service functions

- Increasing used car sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency

- Establishing and implementing dealership processes

- Setting and measuring sales targets to be achieved and exceeded

- Promptly responding to customer inquiries and distributing leads

- Preparing weekly sales and management report
