What You’ll Do

Support the Sales Manager in most leadership and motivational aspects for the sales team and yard staff.

Drive new vehicle sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Assist in managing stock, sales processes, and team development.

Control and manage daily leads and CRM with sales staff

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a leadership or 2IC role.

Strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills.

A passion for the Mazda brand and a commitment to excellence.

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
