Be the first friendly voice people hear when they enquire about our services
Build genuine relationships and help clients feel confident in their care choices
Use your natural confidence and persuasive flair to turn enquiries into long-term clients
Guide conversations with warmth, empathy, and clarity — every call is a chance to make a difference
Keep things moving by managing multiple systems and collaborating across teams

What makes you the perfect fit?
You’re a go-getter who:
Lights up when talking to people and builds trust easily
Has a positive, “can-do” attitude that lifts everyone around you
Enjoys achieving goals and thrives on hitting (and exceeding!) targets
Brings previous experience in customer engagement, service, or consultative sales (in a call centre environment)
Communicates with clarity, confidence and heart
Experience in aged care or healthcare is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll teach you the rest!
