At WOWAPPS we help restaurants to get more customers, spending more money, more often with our tool box of Reservation, Ordering, Delivery, Loyalty and Marketing tools.

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Success and Acount Manager to help onboard, support and grow our restaurant partners.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients – answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring they get real value from our tools. Think tech support meets relationship manager. No experience neccesary as full training is provided.

What you’ll do:

Guide restaurants through setup and training

Troubleshoot issues and provide fast, friendly support

Build relationships that keep customers engaged and thriving

Identify opportunties for other products and services to help make your restaurant clients more successful.

You’ll need:

This is an in-office role at Burleigh Heads.

The rate of pay is $31.19/hr as a casual employee (37.5hrs/week) for the first 3 months. After this, you will move to Fulltime on the same pay rate ($60,820pa+), plus bonuses .
