ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our brand-new LaCosmetique store at Westfield Coomera mid-Nov 2025. As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Both full-time and casual roles are available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
• Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
• Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
• Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
• Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
• A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
• Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading
