Long Term Car Rental is an Australian owned family business which is quickly becoming one of the largest car subscription providers in Queensland. With a fleet of more than 800 near new vehicles in South East Queensland, we are looking to add an ambitious and enthusiastic professional to our team.

Our services include car subscription as well as long term and short term car hire. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and providing personalised solutions to meet the transportation needs of our customers.

In this role you will:

Ensure the vehicles being hired meet our quality standards.

Inspect vehicles prior to hire and upon return of booking to record all damage.

Complete rental and rental return transactions accurately and with outstanding customer service.

Up-sell rental options to our customers including insurance upgrades and kilometer packages.

Assist in transporting vehicles if/when required.

Take customer payments and accurately record the transactions in our system.

Ensure the correct vehicles are on site and ready for each reservation.

Provide a high level of customer service both in person and over the phone.

Ensure that your workspace is maintained to a high standard.

Work cohesively in a small team.

To be successful in this position you will need the following attributes:

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to confidently use computer systems & tablet devices.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

The ability to effectively plan your day and manage your time.

The ability to work independently and as a part of a small team.

A valid Australian drivers license and your own reliable transport to get to work.

While not essential, a degree in business or communication is highly desirable.

While not essential, prior experience as a service advisor or rental car operator is highly desirable.

Experience in the rental car industry or as a service advisor is highly desirable but not essential, if you believe that you have the attributes and personality to be a great customer service representative we can train you to be successful in this position.

This role being offered is 5 days per week, full time, office based.

Weekend work may be required with prior notice for a Saturday shift (8am - 2pm) with 150% penalty rate.
