About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Performance Advisor who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Just Autos, managing customer interactions, coordinating with our mechanical team, and ensuring every performance upgrade runs smoothly.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:

Proactively drive front desk sales by maximising every customer interaction and opportunity.

Deliver a seamless customer experience from inquiry to completion.

Collaborate closely with the mechanical team to ensure outstanding service outcomes.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with all our customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A proven record of sales success in the automotive or related industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends.

Outstanding time management and organisational skills.

A professional presentation and positive demeanour.

A current, valid Australian driver’s licence.
