Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line representative at the counter, greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, addressing email inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct front counter sales and accurately handle payment transactions.
• Assist in managing stock levels, reconciling inventory, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize SAP software to process customer orders and manage inventory data (SAP knowledge is highly regarded).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of our product line to adequately assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and excellent communication in both written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
• Demonstrated experience in front counter sales and phone sales.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with stock reconciliation processes.
• Experience with SAP software is highly regarded but not essential.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion for team members and customers alike.
