What you’ll Do
Americold is seeking a proactive and commercially minded QLD QSR Rebuyer & Account Manager to manage stock purchasing and customer relationships for our Foodservice/QSR customer base across QLD. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder engagement skills, and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.
Manage daily communication with QSR customers and vendors, overseeing stock cover, promotions, and issue resolution.
Lead purchasing activities to optimise working capital, minimise stockouts, and ensure accurate pricing and reporting.
Coordinate operational planning, vendor performance tracking, and logistics for imported lines and DC transfers.
Support new business onboarding and drive continuous improvement initiatives across QSR operations.
Champion safety and compliance by promoting Americold’s core values and participating in evaluations and incident management.
What Experience and Education You Need
3+ years in a rebuying or purchasing role.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with WMS, RF, TMS, and other IT systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team.
Proven experience in retail rebuying and fast-paced operational environments.
Strong commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset.
High sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
