What You’ll Do As the Admin Assistant/Scheduler, you’ll be the linchpin of our operations, managing schedules, communications, and relationships with finesse. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and updating the project calendar using Google Workspace and Moraware (training provided).
Serving as the primary point of contact for B2C and B2B customers, subcontractors, and builders, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinating closely with our key department heads and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Managing a mix of emails, phone calls, scheduling, and rescheduling to keep everything on track.
