About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and banking reconciliations, looking to expand their skill set and grow within a supportive finance team. The role starts as a 1-3 month temporary contract, with a strong view to permanency for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Accounts Payable
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
• Support with journal entries and accruals
• Assist with BAS preparation and other compliance tasks
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

About You:

• 2 years experience in AP and bank reconciliations
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or currently studying
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen (required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Experience in the property industry (preferred but not essential)
• Intermediate Excell and Experience with a large ERP system
