Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Officer ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a detail-focused finance professional to join a highly respected national company on a temporary contract in their fast-paced, collaborative finance team.

End date: 31st January 2026

Potential to extend

Hourly rate: $39 + super

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Northmead

Supportive and professional finance environment

Hands-on experience with Pronto ERP system and broad finance functions

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing the full accounts payable cycle: invoice processing, coding, and approvals

Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment queries

Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end close

Processing corporate credit card and bank reconciliations

Supporting intercompany journals and general finance tasks

Maintaining accurate AP records for compliance and audit purposes

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles

Strong understanding of AP processes (Pronto experience highly regarded)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Great communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Excel and confidence using finance systems

Proactive, solutions-focused attitude
