About the role

Lawless Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy team in Mullumbimby, NSW. This part-time role will see you providing vital support to our management team, ensuring accuracy in processing of our wages, and supplier invoices into our internal POS and payment systems.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring the efficient processing of wages for all staff and cross referencing to the budgeted roster.

Compare internally reported financial sales and media with POS software.

Tracking automated entries into the POS software align with those in the accounting software.

Liaising with our bookkeeping team to ensure all invoices or accounts are sent to them for weekly payment runs.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years' experience in an accounts assistant or similar role

Strong working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices

Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills
