About the role

We're seeking a diligent and customer-focused Part-time Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Glen Iris Chiropractic in Glen Iris, VIC 3146. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare practitioners.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar

Handling patient inquiries and booking new appointments

Collecting and processing payments for services rendered

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical files

Assisting with general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Holds a drivers licence and owns a car.
