My client is an accounting firm who is seeking an Office Administrator / Client Services Coordinator. This innovative boutique firm service a diverse client base of SMEs, start ups, investments, family groups and high net wealth individuals.
Working in a business support team, you’ll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include:
Data-entry and record keeping
Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
Collate financial reports and tax returns
Filing, scanning, emailing and posting of documents
Provide overall admin support to the Accounting team when required
Archiving and file management
Preparation of instruction manuals and documents
Reception relief
Applicants:
Must have previous Admin experience at a professional services firm
Strong IT and Microsoft Suite proficiency
Experience across MYOB and Xero highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
