Projects range from $2M to $15M, blending architectural innovation with exceptional detailing and heritage sensitivity.

THE OPPORTUNITIES
Senior Carpenter
Join a highly regarded builder delivering a $12M+ architectural residence that merges contemporary design with meticulous heritage restoration. You’ll work closely with an experienced Site Manager and a team of skilled trades on a once-in-a-career project where every detail matters.

Leading Hand
Work with a well-established architectural builder delivering bespoke new builds between $2M–$8M across the Inner East and Bayside. This is a hands-on, site-based role working with a close-knit team on complex, design-driven homes perfect for someone ready to take the next step in responsibility or after a fresh change.

THE DAY TO DAY

• Deliver precision carpentry and finishing across all stages of construction
• Interpret and execute detailed architectural plans
• Lead or coordinate small teams of trades and apprentices on-site
• Maintain site safety, presentation, and high workmanship standards
• Liaise confidently with architects, clients, and site management

THE MUST-HAVES

• Trade-qualified Carpenter
• Proven experience in high-end architectural and/or heritage builds
• Strong technical knowledge and appreciation for craftsmanship
• Professional, reliable, and proud of your work
• Own tools and reliable transport
• Full Australian Working Rights
