Senior Ladieswear Designer – Lifestyle Apparel Brand ***Relocation to Perth Required***

About the Role
As the Senior Ladieswear Designer, you’ll take the lead on designing and developing seasonal collections across apparel and accessories. You’ll bring fresh creative energy, market awareness, and strong technical ability to deliver commercially successful, on-brand product that speaks to a youthful, surf-inspired customer.
Working alongside a collaborative design, marketing, and sales team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and developing women’s ranges from concept to sign-off
• Managing multi-category product design (apparel, swim, accessories, etc.)
• Translating trends into wearable, high-impact collections
• Working closely with sourcing, buying, and marketing to ensure range cohesion
• Conducting market and trend research to inform range direction
• Presenting seasonal stories and product concepts to key stakeholders

About You
You’re a designer who thrives on creative challenge and commercial outcomes. You’ll likely have:

• 4+ years’ experience in ladieswear design, ideally within surf, street, or lifestyle apparel
• Strong understanding of fabrication, fit, and garment construction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• The ability to manage multiple categories and deadlines
• A collaborative, energetic approach and genuine love of design
• A readiness to relocate to Perth (relocation support provided!)
