Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across acute services
• Deliver expert social work services for complex cases
• Supervise and mentor staff and students
• Collaborate with teams to support patient care

• Contribute to service improvement and innovation

Skills & Experience

• Accredited Social Work qualification and AASW membership
• Strong clinical and leadership capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Sound knowledge of current healthcare practices and systems
